We are currently seeking:
• Certified Saddle Fitters
• Aspiring Saddle Fitters - willing to train under an experienced mentor and earn certification
The Ideal Candidate Has:
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Reliability, discipline, and attention to detail
• A strong desire to advocate for horses' well-being
• A background in the equine industry
• Knowledge of equine biomechanics (or a willingness to learn)
• A love of learning and a passion for helping horses feel their best
• A problem-solving mindset and empathetic approach to horses and people
• Their own set of saddle fitting tools
• Ability to travel to Kamloops or Barriere, BC for hands-on training and trips
• Willingness to commit to a minimum 6-month training period
Preferred Certifications:
• MSFC, SMS QSF/QSM, NASS, IASF (or willingness to pursue certification with our guidance, at the applicant's cost)
